We supplied this custom cosmetic PDQ display box to Walmart, Costco, Target supermarket for their new skincare & lip care retail promotion project.
This is a stepped corrugated POP display specially designed for retail checkout counters. It adopts KD flat‑pack structure, which saves a lot of container space during ocean shipment and reduces logistics cost for the supermarket. Store staff can assemble it quickly without any tools within 30 seconds.
Made of 3‑ply B‑flute corrugated board, the display has two‑tier stepped shelves with precision die‑cut round holes to firmly hold cylindrical cosmetic products such as lip gloss, lipstick and perfume samples, preventing merchandise from tipping over. The rear upright header card is fully printed with brand visuals and promotional slogans to grab shoppers' attention at checkout and boost impulse purchases.
Gloss/matte lamination is optional for surface protection against scratches in busy retail environments. Custom size, hole diameter, printing artwork and tier layout are supported to match different cosmetic product lines.
